Who we work for

Energy & Infrastructure

The pressure on energy and infrastructure is increasing. Capacity is scarce, technical personnel and materials are limited, and permits and interdependencies make execution increasingly complex. At the same time, organizations must move forward faster and collaborate more intensively with other parties.

This means good plans alone are not enough. Planning, capacity, processes, and responsibilities must also align across organizations. This is precisely where friction often arises in practice: everyone has their own planning, interests, and working methods, while the overall task is shared. By bringing the right people and parties together around a single issue, it becomes clear where the real sticking points are. From there, processes, agreements, and choices can be jointly refined into a working method that is also implementable in practice.
