Who we work for
Water Boards & Water Utilities
The world of water is changing rapidly. Climate change, digitalization, new legislation, and a growing replacement challenge present water boards and water utilities with increasingly interconnected issues. At the same time, daily operations must continue.
This leads to questions about data and information, governance, processes, collaboration, and steering. How do we ensure that knowledge isn’t just in people’s heads? Who owns what? How do we design processes for the work of tomorrow? And how do we make choices when not everything can be done at once? The knowledge to answer these questions is usually already abundantly available, spread across people, teams, and disciplines. We create the space to bring that knowledge together, make differences visible, and collectively arrive at workable choices.
