We put the pieces together.
Where are you coming from, where are you now, where do you want to go, and for whom are we doing this? These are the first questions we ask. Because with complex issues, much has often already been researched, conceived, and attempted. We start with what’s already there and from that point, lay an initial puzzle, which we then complete together with the team.
We make the thought process visible, bring different perspectives together, and work towards a concrete result in a short time.
We then present that result to five additional colleagues. Their feedback helps to further refine it. This way, people become part of the solution themselves. They have contributed ideas, made choices, and co-shaped the outcome.
