New legislation, technological developments, and growing social expectations are changing the work of government and regulatory bodies. Organizations are assigned new tasks, grow, or have to change their way of working. At the same time, expectations regarding policy, implementation, and oversight are shifting. This requires new ways of steering, collaborating, and organizing.
Especially when so much is moving at once, it’s difficult to step back from daily operations. What does this development mean for our strategy? What does this require from our organization? What choices do we need to make now, and how do we translate those into practice? We bring together the people who each hold a piece of the answer. Not to provide new knowledge, but to bring existing knowledge and different perspectives together and jointly reach a direction that allows the organization to move forward.
